FAQ

Yes, you may give it a few drops of serum or essence on the metal portion of the Vibe after face wash, and adjust vibration levels for better skin absorption.

Absolutely, the Vibe is IP67 waterproof, even the charging port is waterproof. You may wash and rinse it clean directly with water after each use.

Charge the device to full battery power before using it for the first time. It takes roughly 2 hours to fully charge the Vibe. Red LED light will lid up when charging, and Blue LED will lid up when it’s fully charged

Do not use scented oil into the Q-Mist, it will cause the diffuser nozzle to clog. The Q-Mist was designed to use mineral or tap water which will be ionized to make a dissolved hydrogen water mist.

It is sometimes slippery when there is water stains left on the on/off button. Try drying the button and try again.

You can use any water with minerals including tap water. Do not use RO (Reverse Osmosis) water with Q-Mist because hydrogen can not be generated with RO water.

Yes, you will need to clean the Q-Spa with Citric acid to reduce any scale build up on the device. Refer to the product manual for more information on how to clean the device

To turn on the Q-Spa press and hold for 2 seconds or more and make sure it is in the unlocked position. A blue light will shine when the Q-Spa is on. To turn off the Q-Spa press and hold the button for 2 seconds.

It Takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge the Q-Spa. When charging, Q-Spa will flash in green light slowly and when it is fully charged it will display a constant green light.

The Bottom of the Q-Cup was designed to remove waste water, residual chlorine and ozone. The waste valve is located on the bottom of the Q-Cup and can be turned open. When you make the hydrogen water, we recommend the following: 1.) If you are going to use a water bottle we recommend not to use too big of a bottle. The Q-Cup was designed for best results for water amounts of 330 ML – 500 ML for best results of hydrogen generation. *Using bottles that are oversized may cause more water pressure to push down water through the membrane on the bottom. If that happens make sure to drain the water inside but unscrewing the bottom. 2.) Do not do hydrogen generation more than 2 times in a row, and make sure that each time the hydrogen generation is done to unscrew the bottle to release the pressure that is building up inside Please note: The more you use the Q-Cup the membrane will activate and create better dissolved hydrogen with each use

The Q-cup works with any drinking water. But the best water to use is with spring water, or filtered water with minerals. Q-cup works the best to generate rich hydrogen when there are minerals in the water. And good minerals are necessary for our body.

Do not fill the Q-Cup all the way to the top. There is a water line that is about 2 about 3cm from the top of the Q-Cup. Do not fill over that line. The Q-Cup was designed to hold some pressure and has a pressure release on the cap to prevent too much pressure when generating hydrogen. If you want to produce more hydrogen you can run the process more than once but make sure to let out some of the pressure by opening the lid first and then closing it again before generating more hydrogen in the water.

Q-cup can generate up to 1200 ppb (or 1.2 ppm) of molecular hydrogen depending on the water quality you are using. Use drinkable mineral water for the best result

Q-cup can generate ORP anywhere between -400 to -600 depending on the water quality you are using. Use drinkable mineral water for the best result

The escape valve is use to release chlorine & ozone gas while hydrogen rich water is generating, so you are drinking the purest hydrogen rich water possible

When battery is almost out, you will see the LED light flashing in “red” when hydrogen water is generating. Charge Q-cup to full battery before using it again

EDC (Electrode Decalcification Cleaning) is designed to sterilize bottle and de-calcified the electrode plate. You should run EDC once every charge (about every 20 times of uses) to help the bottle and electrode stay cleaned all the time.

Do not fill water to or over the top indicator line on the bottle body. If water is filled up too much or too near to the lid, water is likely to leak from the lid due to too much pressure created when generating hydrogen water. The lid is designed to release excessive pressure during hydrogen generation. Bubbles and sound of releasing pressure can be heard when making ionized water.

The hissing sound is coming from the pressure releasing from the lid when making hydrogen water. It is normal for the lid to release some pressure when hydrogen water is generating.

For stability of the device and cooling purpose, all operations will be stopped for 1 minute after completion of each H2 generation cycle. You may operate the device again after 1 minute cooling.

Yes, you may use any drinking water including RO water, filtered water, Spring water. The H2 Well also the Q-Cup are using high quality proton exchange membranes even with RO water may generate great H2 concentration.

Hydrogen dissipates into the air quickly by the nature of its characteristic. It is recommended to drink it within an hour of time to get the maximum effect of H2 water. If hydrogen water is left out for more than 2 hours, it is recommend to run hydrogen generation again before drinking

We recommend to use full distilled water or Pure water for the Qcup Max, citric acid cleaning should be done at least twice per year when using with Distilled or Pure water. If using with tap water or other mineral water, citric acid cleaning should be done monthly

We recommend to use the Hydrogen Drops to measure the hydrogen concentration. Both the H2Blue or Miz Hydrogen drop would be great option for measuring hydrogen

Do not generate Hydrogen water (cycle) two times in a row without opening the top lid to prevent damaging the generator.

The Qcup Max is designed to trap high pressure inside the flask, it is normal occasionally to see few water drops coming out from the top lid when hydrogen water is being generated, specially when the H2 cycle almost finished.

Yes, the Qcup Max also uses Imported PEM electrode technology which release the waste gas to the bottom of the generator. There is a small drain hole located on the bottom of the main base generator for waste gas release.

Qcup Max is designed & built with high quality components with premium Electrode to make quality and high concentration of hydrogen water. Qlife ensures the quality of our products with strict quality control on all products. Every product is tested prior shipping out to the customers.

The Resin filter’s main function is to reduce water’s hardness level. The H2 Respire 150 requires to use water with high water purity or with very low hardness level in order to generate high purity hydrogen gas. Over time, the electro bath will cause scale buildup during hydrogen generation & will start having sediments and minerals in the water. The Resin filter binds to these minerals & reduces these impurities which helps prolong the life of the device. A new resin filter should be replaced every month or every 100 hours of usage.

The Brown’s Gas nasal cannula is useable, meaning it can be cleaned by steaming with hot water, or putting into a steamer to sterilize and use it again. However, after a certain amount of time the cannula will still deteriorate due to that it is made with food grade materials. It is recommend to replace the BG’s nasal cannula at least once every 5~6 months.

The clear Nasal Cannula is used when inhaling pure hydrogen gas. It should be replaced every 1 to 2 months if the device is on daily use. The nasal cannula should not be shared with our person for hygiene purpose. Each person should have their own nasal cannula when using with the device.

If you have been using the inhaler on a regular basis, perform a citric clean at least once every half an year to keep the electro chamber cleaned and free from scale. Refer to the user’s manual for details of performing the citric cleaning. After citric cleaning, make sure to use ONLY 100% distilled or pure water to rinse out the water tank few times so citric acids do not stay inside the machine.

When the machine lids up Red & Blue light flashing alternatively, this means either the water you’re using is not 100% pure or distilled water or water has been left in the machine for longer time and became unpured. Make sure to use 100% distilled water or Pure water with no minerals. If you are using the machine regularly, new water should be changed every week.

It is normal the machine gets hotter when operating for longer hours. Let the machine rest for at least 1 hour to cool down after a continuous 3 hours operation.

When operating the machine for longer hours, pressures which release the hydrogen gas would slowly pushing the water into the Waste Water Collector. Make sure to open the Waste Water Chamber and dump out the waste water regularly.

Make sure to use 100% distilled water or Pure water that’s purified by an Reverse Osmosis filtration. There are some distilled water sold on the market that aren’t 100% pure. To double check, you may purchase a TDS meter making sure the water you’re using has TDS of 5 ppm of less.
